"Very clean villa and pool. Bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. The complex was very quiet. Only downside for us was that the television in the lounge room was not a smart tv. Only smart tv in the bedroom."

Getting around was easy with scooters, and we loved the golf cart rides to breakfast each day. The staff were genuinely lovely and made us feel so welcome. "There were cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom coming from underneath the bed so that was scary. The walls had mold. The windows leaked and got all my suitcases wet . Twice they didnt bring toilet paper or towels"

"Amazing one week stay in December 2025. All staff were welcoming and so willing to help with any request. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa and the amenities were clean and well maintained. Was happily surprised to find Australian power outlets. There is a super market just across the road and lots of restaurants close by if wanting to venture out and about. "

Our experience started with our late arrival of two oclock in the morning where we were greeted, signed in and luggage delivered to our room with a general tour of the room facilities. Communication was excellent with breakfast order choice, time and delivery. Also, room cleaning was daily or when required with water resupply. All enquiries were dealt with expediently and courteously. We had two extended day trips with their recommended drivers and were very happy with the service given. Overall this was a great place to stay, nice and quiet, safe, courteous friendly staff in a central location. The breakfast was good quality. I will book this place again on my next Bali stay."
