Our experience started with our late arrival of two oclock in the morning where we were greeted, signed in and luggage delivered to our room with a general tour of the room facilities. Communication was excellent with breakfast order choice, time and delivery. Also, room cleaning was daily or when required with water resupply. All enquiries were dealt with expediently and courteously. We had two extended day trips with their recommended drivers and were very happy with the service given. Overall this was a great place to stay, nice and quiet, safe, courteous friendly staff in a central location. The breakfast was good quality. I will book this place again on my next Bali stay."

"The staff were wonderful & friendly. Our room and outdoor area however was filled with mosquitos and really unpleasant, I killed about 12 mosquitos just around the bed net. Also a lot of construction so very noisy. The although room was spacious & bed was comfy. Pool was great. Random area though. "
