Staff are friendly, but I had an annoying experience where my friend bought me a water bottle and asked them to charge it to my room. They agreed at first; however, they kept charging us every time we passed by reception instead of waiting until checkout.

SEMINYAK JUNE 2025!

This is my 11th or 12th stay at this hotel. Always excellent. Staff are all friendly and very helpful. The rooms are really nice. Great swimming pool. And very quiet but also close to lots of bars and restaurants.
