"If I could rate this hotel minus, I would do so. It is disgraceful that such a sub-par room is sold at all, much less for the price that is being charged. Staff were lovely and attempted to help, but no offer of an upgrade into a decent room. Carpets were beyond awful. It looked like someone had used the carpet as a toilet, and smelt that way too. Bathroom was beyond dated and grout was filthy. I will never, ever stay here again. Lift your game and provide a room that fits its description"

Basics were missing such as tea towels, pepper & salt, air freshener and dishwashing tablets. The house was clean which was nice and the cooling was good. It just felt that everything was fitted out with the cheapest possible options and the sewage was smelly"
