I liked everything about this hotel! - location, cleanliness, services, amenities, rooms, views and even price. What stood out the most was the staff and hospitality. It was a gorgeous hotel staffed with the most polite, professional and courteous staff. They even contacted me prior to my arrival for any special requests. I stayed at 4 hotels in the Rocks area in Sydney during my trip, 3 of which were 5 stars - and by far The Four Seasons was the absolute best!

The staff was very welcoming & helpful with any question or request we had. They were also extremely friendly. Hotel was very nice and location was great. Right by the Rocks, ferries ,Sydney Opera House & the bridge. Would definitely stay there again when in Sydney.
