"A well worn hotel could do with a freshen up but ok Carpets need replacing or a very good deep clean Only other issue was dirty plates probably a room service but should not have been left near the lifts."

"Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and pillows. There was rubbish and used water bottles in the hotel cupboards and floor behind the bed. The shared bathrooms on the floor were dirty and old, privacy was absolute zero. Car park was closed from 3am-10am so getting our vehicle out of the car park meant we had to drag a heavy fence (not meant to be manually opened) so we could drive out in the morning to get to where we needed to be. Staff advised us around opening the fence. It felt very unsafe for my kids and family but the manager did refund us a room and was professional when speaking with him around my concerns."

"We found the area fantastic as close to train and nice places to eat. Bathroom needs a better clean and a few thins broken but staff are amazingly friendly and overall I would stay again. "

"Second time staying with this host. 1st was another residence. Everything that was adverised was down to a T... Highly recommend staying with this host. They are simply Amazing. contact with the host os faultless. If i could give 10 i would. Location is great, nice and peaceful, close to everything. Will be definately telling friends and family to book when heading to sydney. Thanks again K & T "
