"The room had everything we needed including a ceiling fan which was great. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Liked that it was a blanket rather than a quilt especially at this hot time of year. Good location close to town too. Would stay here again. "

"The games room and spa kept everyone happy. We were pleasantly suprised to see all the boardgames and got into a heavy game of Monopoly lasting two days. A short stroll to Caves and Hams beaches. We brought our dog too! A comfy house all round. Thank you!"

Inspired all 14 of us who stayed to do some renos on our own properties.Coastal beach is a short 9 minute walk down a private trail and was isolated and beautiful. Had the whole beach to ourselves practically.Hidden gem. Wonderful place. Highly reccomend."
"The property was as advertised, clean, all the facilities you needed and on a fairly handy location. A 15min walk to the beach, 10 minutes to a very nice pub and a handy off the leash dog beach in front of the pub.While it has fans it would benefit from aircon - it was 43⁰ the day we got there so the pool was a godsend.when we got there"
"Ideally located , the 7 bedroom property was big enough for a family holiday weekend which everyone enjoyed.
We had some issues with communications wherein I received , I believe , auto-generated reminders to complete already completed documents and payments but in speaking to staff on each occasion , the issue was verbally clarified.
The property needed some maintenance however with the soap/shampoo dispenser in the main bathroom found to be on the shower floor with contents spilled everywhere. The shower glass screen in the main bathroom had parted from the aluminium trim slightly , photo taken on initial inspection , and the floor area of the upstairs balcony was very dirty and needed cleaning on arrival.
The vacuum cleaner supplied was virtually useless and we required the use of other equipment that we actually had with us to vacuum the floors on departure.
Apart from that we had a wonderful time , the location was brilliant. "
