There are very basic amenities, no wifi, no hand towels, or lift. Towels were not fresh and had an odour. The whole place is run down, eerie and neglected. Staff are very nice though.

The hotel was having major renovations so there was a lot of disruptions. My room was clean, bathroom, water pressure, hot water, a/c & TV reception all top class. The shared kitchen, bathrooms & lounge areas in the accommodation section need work, but I think that will be part of the overall renos. Had a very nice & affordable meal in the bistro & the staff were very friendly & helpful. Overall I recommend staying & will return when the renos are completed.

Good Value

The room was spacious enough and had a huge bathroom.The shower was easy to use and had good hot water and pressure. The bed was comfortable. Also, it was easy access to the hotel bistro to have a good meal.

Very old buildding with some great features. Huge room and very clean. Ensuit old and out dated. Renovations were underway. Total renovation would be excellent. Restaurant down stairs was excellent. Very good selection.

We stayed for one night and can’t complain at all. Our room with en-suite was clean with crisp linen. Bathroom and shower is huge and spotless. The shared kitchen has everything you need. Food and drinks is available at the bistro area, very handy.

This room was lovely with a huge bathroom with a separate toilet. It was a pleasant surprise. It was my first time staying above a pub and it was not too noisy. I would not recommend it if travelling with kids as there were some interesting people wandering around the hallways in the morning but great for adults. The room was very clean.

Too noisy, was playing music until midnight, 3am I still can hear cruel summer it’s really cruel.. Staff were friendly and nice, 3 mins walk to Coles and 5 min walk to McDonald which is good.

The light coming into my room did keep me awake. The shower had nowhere to have clothes or towels. The check in and staff were great. Felt safe a little difficult exiting and getting back in on the morning
