"Alison was such a kind and generous host. The cottage was a perfect country break that was peaceful and homely. The cottage had everything we needed and was a good base to explore cradle mountain from. We picnicked in the yard overlooking mountain ranges, and my girls loved exploring the area and finding all sorts of animals. Would happily recommend Buttons Cottage for a quiet stay to help life slow down and connect with family."

"We were 6 friends gathering for some road cycling in the area. The location was perfect for our needs and the house easily accommodated us with adequate facilities for preparing meals and socialising after our rides. The house was clean and well equipped and close to Ulverstone or Devonport if you wanted to eat out."

"Beautiful apartment with views across to the beach, and just down the road from the famous Big Penguin. Local eateries very good and a supermarket 3 doors down the road. Well located for visits to Burnie, Ulverstone, Devonport,Gunns plains caves, Cradle mountain and others."
