"This hotel is located very close to the Odawara Station. It is convenient to shopping and many restaurants, not to mention only steps away from the castle and park. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast room can get busy, but food offerings are adequate. It is very nice to be able to access water, ice, coffee for free in the breakfast room at one's leisure. Laundry facilities are economical. I would stay here again. Oh, the beds are on the hard side, but I like that!"

"Very lovely resort property at the top of a mountain road. Immaculately clean, well appointed rooms. We arrived in late afternoon but could not eat dinner in the main dining room as they have set meal times and we would have had to have waited 2 hours for a table. We, unfortunately, had to eat in a cafe-type facility which had a very limited menu and the food was just ok. The hot springs were nice and property well maintained."
