Probably the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. The hotel’s architecture and details are right on the spot. Not to mention the food and the fantastic view of Mt.Fuji, just wow, stunning! Definitely worth my time, and I am planning to return with my wife.

We wish we could have stayed longer. What a beautiful hotel. The food was great and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The pyjamas and beds are also really comfy. We will be back. Arigato gozaimashita!

This hotel is brand new and shows! Beautiful. Great place to stay. The breakfast was amazing. The only thing I would improve on is having coffee available so we don’t have to walk to the 7/11to get it before breakfast begins. They offer it in the room but I honestly don’t trust those in rooms that we can make ourselves available that are not supervised. Overall a gem of a place!

事前連絡時も丁寧な対応でした。 フロントに入ると、とても素敵な雰囲気で客室は更にテンション上がりました！ 高校生、中学生の子供含む家族4人で、ツインルームに泊まりました。多少窮屈感はありましたが、許容範囲です。 何よりバスルームの窓から富士山が見える景色や気遣いの見えるアメニティセット(ホテルロゴ入りの巾着袋に木製の柄の歯ブラシ、木櫛、アイマスク、コットン綿棒セット、かみそり)、清潔感あるリネン類居心地の良さは好評価です。 部屋に洗濯乾燥機が付いていて、ジェルボールもあるためわざわざランドリールームに行かなくても良い点も本当に有難いです。ルームウェアもあります。 クレンジング、スキンケア類は無いので持参して正解でした。 また御殿場近くに行く際はこちらに泊まりたいと思います。 サウナ、低酸素ジムも次回は利用出来たらと思います。 ありがとうございました。

こども2人連れでしたが開放的な客室とおしゃれなバスルーム、ジム利用もでき快適に過ごすことができました。こども連れで水をこぼしてしまったり困り事もありましたが、ご対応いただいた女性スタッフさんの優しい言葉と笑顔にホッとさせられました。お世話になり、ありがとうございました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトがスムーズで、ルームキーレスなのも便利でした。
朝食は4種類から選べます。量もちょうどよく、スープも美味しかった！
