"The location to Fuji Q Highland is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to an entrance exclusive to hotel guest. Early entrance to park is another perk. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Very spacious rooms. Lots of amenities. Breakfast buffet was included with our stay. Buffet was very good. Staff was very friendly and spoke English well. When we were out exploring and couldn’t get an uber to pick us up, we called the hotel and they sent a taxi to come pick us up. Just exceptional service!"

"The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. However, it was overpriced for what it offered. The only amenity was the onsen bath, which had separate facilities for men and women, so we couldn’t enjoy it together as a family. Overall, the experience did not justify the high price, and we felt we didn’t get good value for the money."

"Room itself - mountain view bunk bed for 2 adults and 1 child. Excellent. Breakfast options good however only 1 child menu option. Whilst fresh towels were provided daily, room cleaning was only every 3rd day. Hotel does not facilitate baggage transfers to other hotels.
