This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and super friendly. They honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. The personal recommendations every night for restaurants meant we tried so absolute gems in the 5 days we stayed.
A big thank you to Mami who was so smiley and always around to help and called restaurants to do double check they had space for us. Very helpful to a solo mum travelling with her teenage daughter.

There’s a small (3cm) step right before the front entrance that is hidden but the shadows. Easily can trip or slip off it’s raining.
Otherwise, the staff were polite. The cleaning crew did a great job and the area was perfect. Close to grocery store, konbinis, within walking distance of several stations.

absolutely loved staying at MIMARU Tokyo Shinjuku! The rooms were super clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It’s a fantastic choice for families—lots of room to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The location was convenient, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
