Disappointing. We arrived late at night, and no one was at the reception. Despite trying to call, we received no answer. After waiting 20 minutes, the concierge finally appeared but didn't bother checking our travel documents. The physical key provided was difficult to use, and the lack of English or French speakers made it impossible to seek information. We felt lost and decided to check out early. It was NOT a pleasant experience, definitely NOT. 😔

スタッフの方の対応はとても良いのですが、それ以外が残念。
フルリノベーションという事で選んだのですが、昭和っぽい感じでした。
お部屋内の3点ユニットは小さく、トイレや洗面に不便でした。

2度目の素泊まりでの利用になります。
館内全体がとても清潔で気持ちがいいです。
アメニティが充実しているのでいろいろ楽しめるのもいいです。

とても穴場です！
素泊まりでお世話になりました。特別な対人サービスはありませんが、セルフサービス系のことは充実しているのでホテル内で過ごすことが目的でなければ、清潔でシンプルなので快適です。お風呂もとても良いです。

But its little bit far from Atami station and pretty hard to go by walk! Should use taxi or private car:)

リラックス第一の宿泊施設
温泉の温度か高すぎず心地よく透明なお湯が清潔で何度も入浴したくなります。
食事のクオリティーも良く丁寧なもてなしでした。
途中の道路が勾配がありやや狭いので送迎バス利用がよいかもしれません。
リラックス第一という人にはうってつけの隠れ家的宿泊施設です。

静かに過ごしたい方におすすめ。
クチコミを見てある程度の情報を入れてから訪問したのでとて も満足出来ました。
熱海駅から普通に歩いて30分位。最後の10分は坂道で本当に細くて急でした。大きい車の方は事前に確認しないとUターンもキツイです。
館内の設備はどこも清潔感があり、部屋はモダンで畳敷き&ベッドだったのでゆったりと過ごせました。最新のものは少ないですが映画も観れて、Wi-Fiも問題なくつながりました。
お風呂は内風呂１つしかありませんが、広々していて換気も適度にされていて、露天風呂より清潔で個人的にはゆっくり入っていられました。
食事も派手さはないものの、ひとつひとつ丁寧で美味しかったです。ホールのスタッフの方も丁寧でした。
他にはロビーにお茶やコーヒーやアメニティ、好きな浴衣を選べるなどのサービスもありました。
周辺は住宅で近くにコンビニまで出られる距離ではないので、たくさん食べたら飲んだりしたい方は事前に持ち込みをおすすめします。
なーにも考えず、お風呂に入ってぼーっとしたい方にはいい場所かと思います。個人的にはまた利用したいです。
追伸 受付にいた男の人で1人無愛想な人がいましたが、その人以外はみなさん良い方でした。

スタッフさん達の対応が丁寧でした。
アメニティも選べてよかったです。
体洗うやつと、靴下みたいのがあるとよかったです。(まだ寒い時期だったので足元が寒くて…)

料理、温泉よかったです。
けっこうゆっくりできました。予定時間より2時間早く待ち合わせ場所の熱海駅に到着してしまったのですが逆に熱海駅周辺をいろんなとこ観光出来て良かったです。

静かな山の斜面にあり、受付もスムーズでした。
部屋もきれいでした。
朝日がちょうど差し込む向きに部屋が設定されており、朝のすがすがしさは良いです。
お風呂まで少し階段や通路での移動が必要なことと３階建てなのですが、エレベーター等が無いので、お年寄りや高齢者には少し不向きですね。
あと、熱海の駅から歩けますが、約３０分急な坂を下り、登る激しくつらいです。
