Excellent hotel and very good value for money. The hotel was quite new, good parking and close to Fuji Speedway which is what I wanted as I needed to be there early the next day.

A clean business hotel with friendly staff. Our family stayed one night in two double rooms, which were small but well kept. I found the beds a bit small for two people, though. There’s a small communal bath, and on clear days you can see Mt. Fuji from the hotel parking lot—it was beautiful. We’ll keep this hotel in mind for future visits to Gotemba.

Good experience

The room was a very nice size for Japan. It is easiest to arrive by taxi, but only about 10-15 minutes walk from a couple bus stops. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to good restaurants and shops. It was a nice play to stay.

The hotel will provide a light dinner for guest. Amenities are available at the lobby for self service. Parking is provided for guests for free but need to register with the hotel. The hotel is very responsive before the trip I emailed them and immediately reply. Only think is the room is very small and the toilet is space less

Hard to live here without a car, it’s far from downtown in a city without much commotion. Everything else is satisfactory but soundproof is a problem, can clearly hear other people and cleaning staff when they simply walking by outside, and neighbors accidentally banging on the wall is a bit scary at night. Nice view of Fuji tho

入り口を見逃し車で少しウロウロしましたが駐車場は広くて安全。お部屋も清潔でキレイでした。夜、廊下の声がうるさいと感じましたが、それは必要以上に大きな声でお話しする宿泊者のマナーと思いました。大浴場も混み合わず利用でき快適でした。驚いたのは、金曜日に宿泊しましたが、カレーとおでんをサービスで提供がありました。歩きで外に出るのは暗いし車で出るしかないなぁーと思っていたので、大変ありがたかったです。美味しかったです。朝食は時間の都合でいただきませんでしたのでわかりません。
