Great location , free parking , excellent staffs ! Dinner was also excellent!
Wish the happy hour location is at the lounge not at the family pool area !
Staff is very friendly, professional and attentive to details. Nice hotel and onsen, a bit surprised that dinner (non buffet style) is served at a different location and need a courtesy ride to go in a group, quite unexpected, would prefer if it could be held at the hotel instead.
Great place! Super friendly, kind staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location high on the mountain. In room onsen was nice for a quick private soak. The forest and rooftop public onsen were lovely and uncrowded. Breakfast buffet was delicious.
This is one of the best hotel experiences i have ever had. It is worth it to spend at least one night there. The dinning options were great and quality was superb. Highly recommend coming here to relax after being in the busy cities!
Everything was wonderful! The service was exceptional, the onset was amazing, food was soooo delicious, and hotel was very clean. LOVED everything! Can’t wait to go back.
Staff is absolutely phenomenal, we had a situation with my partner needing some medical care and the staff went above and beyond to care for her. Area is amazing, views are beautiful and the dinner and breakfast is stellar! 10/10 will be back!
The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were amazing and customer focused. Really liked our first time using a public bath. Also, like the complementary ice cream.
Clean nice room, great service, very good shabu-shabu. A good two nights stay with yung kids who were happy playing in a hot spring water park in a cold winter. Easy use with Hakone Freepass to enjoy a full Hakone loop trip.
