We loved this hotel but we love hostels too and this reminded me of a nice hostel. So comfortable and staff was extremely helpful and just nice!
It's not fancy but super clean and we loved the breakfast. There were a few western options but it's fun to see what the rest of the world is eating at 7 o'clock in the morning!

Good stay.
Very conveniently located with friendly and helpful staff.
Spacious room and comfortable beds!
Bonus- it has a nice onsen that was a great place to go after all day activities.
Needs a bit of updating/refreshing.
The location is the main plus. Very near restaurants and transport. At first we thought, there was a bad smell in the room, but then we realized that the whole town is in a volcanic area that smells of sulphur. The room was comfortable enough but unremarkable. Seemed a bit pricey for what was offered. Friendly, helpful staff.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to offer help and very polite. The buffet dinner is of very low price but offer lots of variety of food ans drinks. The hotel is located just next to the Gora station, easy to find, and there are also buses and shops near the hotel. Hotel is a bit old, but clean and with competitive price, highly recommend.
The hotel is nearby railway & bus sta. The facilities are old but ok. The breakfast & dinner are buffet, foods not much choice. The staff are nice & helpful.
Across from station , lots of restaurants around, next to the mono rail , bus in front,. FREE dinner and breakfast excellent , personal onsen cheap or free public
