"Location was great. Price reasonable and very clean. Fully equipped with everything you need. The one inconvenience is that keeps me from giving 5 stars was that there was no one to call when you need anything, even if you place a request on their portal. They don’t deliver unless you’re staying multiple nights, The chat didn’t work. They gave us 2 coffee pods for a group of 4 people.The Nearest store is a 20 min uphill walk to get coffee. They have a vending machine but no coffee pods. Coffee is very important to us."

"This place was phenomenal! The staff are very attentive. There was any amenity you could possibly need. It’s located in the mountains and was so peaceful and private. We had a private onsen in our room and it was the best! I highly recommend getting their dinner. As we left they even gave us a souvenir of bath salts that looks high quality. My only regret is not being able to stay longer!"
