"An ideally situated hotel for a 3 or 4 day visit to the Hakone area. Situated right by the stations and bus stops of Gora. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food at dinner and breakfast was very good. Our beds were placed on a plinth, so not so easy to get into bed (we're in our 70's) ..."

"A little disappointed with our stay, the staff were lovely we went to the lakeside grill after booking a table, for a buffet it was expensive and the food was subpar and not as advertised on the video signs. "The hotel was just magical, from start to finish we loved every minute of HAKONE Setsugetsuka, especially the private Onsen. We also used the bath in our room which was fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel wish is right next to the train station so great if you don't want to walk to far."
