"It's a fairly busy hotel. As soon as you walk in the lobby it is filled with guests either checking in/out, lining up for coffee or lining up for the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice but does not have a fan, so it gets pretty foggy in there after showering. The bathtub glass barrier is very deceiving, it's actually is a door that swings out. One can actually fall out not knowing this. Doesn't serve its...

"We stayed 3 nights on the top floor 10, labelled as premium floor. It has a great view of the ocean. Excellent condition of the property, it is thoroughly modernised and well maintained. Service quality is great. Very pleasant stay. You may not have convenient public transport. Should have a car. The restaurants in the property isn’t that great in my opinion. "

"Sad to find no indoor area for smokers, unless booking a smoking room which wouldn’t have made my partner happy, however she adores the baths. Staff super friendly. Not received an email confirmation of charges prior to being charged at checkout. Pool area fabulous. "
