Excellent hotel with ideal location- two minutes walk from the train station. Great service, food, and eateries around. Worth the price.

All good except the bed which was only a bit softer than the floor. Staff, location close to station & restaurants and breakfast all very good.

Quite near to the shopping areas and train station. Near to the bus stop to take to hakone too. No need to bring the luggage up on the ride for a day's visit. Free breakfast included too.

Overall, I would recommend this property. The only negative experience I had was that when I requested for an extra pillow, instead of the staff delivering it, I was asked to go to reception to get it there myself.
