We liked the Japanese feel of this small Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. The onsen was small but nice. The dinner was offered as part of the booking, however it required us to go to a different hotel. This was inconvenient. There is no restaurant in this hotel.

Great location for the Hakone Round Course, beautiful onsen on the grounds. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is so helpful. We had a truly wonderful stay. If you are in firefly season there is a garden with a firefly area just across the street.

The room was a gorgeous traditional room with a rock entrance and tatami mats. The private bath was amazing. Super close to Yunesun hotspring "park" and an amazing garden with a running river with fish and beautiful flowering trees. Staff was super nice and helpful, sweet person. Only down side is the hotel doesn't have a resturant or kitchen. They have a plated bread plate for breakfast and a coffee machine with a vending machine in the lobby.

The staff are very polite. The room was very clean. The onsen/public bath was relaxing and we were lucky enough to have it be empty every time we used it. The breakfast is basic (pastries, yogurt, tea/coffee/juice) but does the job. We were also given free passes to the Yussen onsen less than 10min walk away and was a highlight of the stay.

We had a great time staying here while exploring Hakone. This place is located close to bus routes that took us to and back from Gora, while being in a quiet street perfect for relaxing at night. The two attendants at the main counter were extremely helpful and nice, and tried their best to accommodate to our requests.

Frontdesk staff was super nice and accommodating. English wasn't an issue, the clerk used a translator. We had an amazing room. Heads up, we got the premium room and it didn't have a shower. So utilize the public bath or schedule a private bath hour. Quick walk to food and the combini. Very relaxing and refreshing, right next to yunessun and a beautiful walk.

Clean room, with cleaners able to come in whenever you ask at reception. Staff were kind - a little bit of a language barrier but that was ok because they had English copies of important documents. The atmosphere is perfect for time to relax and be out of the hectic city life. Bed was very comfortable. Onsen was beautiful and very relaxing, they have an indoor and outdoor one as well as a private one to rent. Bus system was easy to use nearby to get you to Hakone station/loop. Reasons I didn’t rate 5 star is no shower in room, only public shower in onsen area. Also not many food choices nearby. Lastly, it’s a very steep decline to actual hotel from bus stop which makes for a steep climb to get out to get back to bus stop.

A quiet, out of the way property with a lot of privacy and friendly people around. Lots of options for onsen or foot baths, but i enjoyed the quiet and more exclusive onsen on site. Its a better place to stay if you travel by car or enjoy walking. It's a safe area and if rest and retreating is what you need, this is the place to be.
