To turn on the hot water I had to use a dining chair to gain access to the cupboard above the fridge then use a wooden spoon to reach the switch. This is dangerous for anyone let alone someone in their 60s as I am.Also all the windows were locked, no keys to be found which made the rooms stuffy and airless, it was a most uncomfortable 3 nights.
