Stay at our BRAND NEW beautiful 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms located in the Upper East Side. This gorgeous boutique building is nestled near some of the best attractions the city has to offer. With unbeatable location - minutes from Central Park, Park Ave, and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops! Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!

The Space:
This elegant 2-Bedroom features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, modern renovated bathrooms, comfy beds, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!

The space is perfect for families, groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to six (6) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

Featuring an open floor plan, the flat offers a dining table with seating for 4 people that opens to the living area and the kitchen.

PARKING
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.

New York family trip

I would recommend this condo. It is a great location on the upper east side, with several restaurants and grocery stores close. It has great storage/closet space. My only critique, needs more hangers and could use a paint job.Management was easy to work with and very responsive

Not totally as advertised

The location and safety of the neighborhood was excellent but we had five people and the property advertised a pullout twin bed. The sofa was a photon and the extra bed was a blowup we found in the closet. There were only four coffee cups for five people. One day we had Wi-Fi, the next two we didn’t and we could get Netflix but not TV. Our biggest problem was that the codes for the doors to the building and the apartment kept changing. Thank goodness the building supervisor was there to let us in and contacted the property manager. Then they changed again back to the original codes. And they could only send the codes to someone who had Gmail! There was a storage room for our luggage and we were successful in accessing that. I have used Verbo before without problems. This rental was through a company they use called Casa del Sogno. I would not recommend them.

Great spot for families

We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.
