Over rated hotel!! We paid $427.00 per night via Expedia.ca and saw the same hotel offerred at $99.00 per night for the same date after we booked with no cancellation possibility! Having second thoughts about booking via internet reserch sites... Rooms are very small , no commodities and not clean. Location is good but does not justify the high price.
The room was a decent size, but the bed was super small. Basically, you can fit the entire bed in the bathroom. When I first entered, the room was very warm and suffocating. I asked them to check the temp, but it took 45 minutes for someone to show up, only to tell me that there was no way to cool the room and that only the heater was working. I found it hard to breathe at this point. Luckily, the window did open and I was able cool down the room a bit. The window was a bit stuck to begin with as I'd tried to open it before calling them to check temp.
It was impossible to check in with a 30 minute wait time. TgRE feint if hotel was so crowded with tour buses and being harassed by tourism companies that we could never get a cab, the room was not clean, there’s was no water pressure, showers did not work properly.
