THE PILLOWS WERE HORRIBLE. THE HEAT WAS CONSTANTLY RUNNING COLD AIR. THE TRASH WAS NEVER EMPTIED. THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED. THE LOCK BOX DIDNT WORK.
