"Room was clean and upgraded. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The property is in an excellent location for Broadway shows, Central Park, 5th Ave shopping and Time Square"

"Good location but unfortunately that's it. Worst hotel I have stayed in. They seem to be converting to a new hotel / brand, and in my opinion should rather have closed doors. No dining / bar options, no room service, old rooms, stripped down elevators. The TV was not working. The blinds were not working (had to sleep with the blinds open), the aircon was stuck at 75 (had to sleep with the windows partially open). Asking management they wrote it down on a piece of paper and says "maintenance" will have a look, which never happened. I booked for 6 nights and left after 3."
