"The hotel is older but I really liked the style of it. The price for the location is great. Desk staff were wonderful. We had a room with one king bed and the size was good, room was comfortable and the window AC unit kept up with the 37 degree heat. Not a good hotel if you are planning to have a lot of meals in your room - no fridges/microwaves. We were only there for a few nights so this was not a problem. I will stay here again if I am back in NYC."
"We stayed at the Lowe’s for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotel stays I have had. Everything was top notch. Clean, beautiful, and great location. The room was so comfortable and very spacious. But, the best part was how kind and helpful every hotel employee was. Will definitely be booking another stay. "
"We had a wonderful time at the Lucerne. Love the UWS and proximity to the Park, great restaurants and playgrounds nearby, right by the subway station, the entire staff was helpful and friendly, our room was spacious, quiet, comfy, clean, and well-decorated. We will be back the next time we come to NYC. Thanks to all the Lucerne team!"
