"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very big for a NYC hotel. The only things I could complain about…the doorjam to the bathroom sticks up too far and we tripped on it multiple times. The other issue was the floor in the bathroom would be soaked after showers because it was only a half wall of glass. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again. Dining options were great. staff was so kind. Loved the care basket when we checked in. Clean and quiet. "

"Room is clean, spacious, and comfortable bed. Costumer service were helpful at all times. Breakfast is okay. The area is not that great to walk at night. Besides that, I can’t complain for the price I paid and service I got. The young guy at front desk is REALLY nice. "
