"Great spot for a short personal visit back home. Great location w/ bus and train within 2 blocks. Food spots nearby; resturants, a new market, and bodega w/ a grill for a hot breakfast sandwich.
BUT, be advised, cannabis is legal in the city and at the hotel, it was prevalent. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very big for a NYC hotel. The only things I could complain about…the doorjam to the bathroom sticks up too far and we tripped on it multiple times. The other issue was the floor in the bathroom would be soaked after showers because it was only a half wall of glass. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again. Dining options were great. staff was so kind. Loved the care basket when we checked in. Clean and quiet. "
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bronx - Zoo Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Room is clean, spacious, and comfortable bed. Costumer service were helpful at all times. Breakfast is okay. The area is not that great to walk at night. Besides that, I can’t complain for the price I paid and service I got. The young guy at front desk is REALLY nice. "
"The moment my family walked into the lobby, we felt “home away from home.” Felix greeted us with such warmth and joy, as if we were family members returning from a long journey.
The restaurant manager was equally welcoming and ensured my elderly Mother received 5⭐️ Michelin service!
This hotel is a gem! Located close to everything and convenient to all major highways.
This is our favorite “go to” whenever we’re visiting the NY/NJ area.
Thank you 😊 "
"Loved the location, the hospitality of the staff, the room, the convenience of the mini market in the hotel, & how quick the front desk for checking in & out took."
