Location is great. Room was TINY! But this is NYC after all. Bathroom was nice and nearly the size of the bedroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower was hot and had great water pressure. Everything was very clean and definitely felt COVID safe. Overall a good stay and nice to be in a hotel that wasn’t part of a chain. We will stay again.

The rooms were much smaller then advertised, the staff were amazing! Nicole went out of her way to make us comfortable!!!! Overall I was underwhelmed with the facility especially with their rating.

When I got there the front desk lady said I needed to make a reservation, so I did it in less than 5 minutes came back to the desk and she said now you have to wait 45 minutes because I can’t see it on my end. I was furious, I had my 3 kids with me and we just did 5 hours of driving to get there. I called Expedia to see if they can rush it through their system and the agent told me there was no reason why I would have to wait 45 minutes so she called the front desk at the hotel and she said “oh yes I see the reservation now” Literally not even 10 minutes had past. The agent was super helpful to me at Expedia but at the hotel the front desk lady Made me feel like she had a personal vendetta against me customer service was awful! I get the keys and she puts us in a dirty room. Then, in the middle of the night my son uses the bathroom and the toilet stopped flushing. I calm down to the front desk and no answer they just let it ring and ring and ring. Next morning, I called early downstairs and told the front desk about the toilet she said she would send the plumber to fix it, never did. My kids had to take 2 showers just to use the bathroom in the shower. At this point I didn’t care to be there anymore I was going to stay another day with the kids but we decided to leave. Out of all the hotels in the city to choose from this won’t be the one for me ever again. I told the front desk while checking out and they said “oh we will note your account”
