"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very big for a NYC hotel. The only things I could complain about…the doorjam to the bathroom sticks up too far and we tripped on it multiple times. The other issue was the floor in the bathroom would be soaked after showers because it was only a half wall of glass. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again. Dining options were great. staff was so kind. Loved the care basket when we checked in. Clean and quiet. "

"The concierge let us check in early and was very friendly when we first walked in the door. All the other staff from the restaurant, the bar, maintenance, etc. were also very welcoming and kind. The room was clean and anytime we asked for more towels or more toilet paper (4 girls in one room), they immediately fulfilled our request! The atmosphere downstairs was great at night and staying in the room was really quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here!"
