Staff was very welcoming & they offered free bag storage for the few hours we had between our checkout time & our departure. Room was very clean & good size for NYC. Bathroom floor and drain remained dirty for most of the stay - we spent 12 days there. So was the floor - never vacuumed Bed was comfortable Clean linen Room was ok - floor 19 - we are not sure if it was what we booked. Deluxe - was there a difference vs Premium? Good access to Time Square - near the subway Not sure if we will book again here. Our name was never changed on the booking - see photo - hence not knowing if the room was really booked for us"

"The hotel has a great location, but its showing a bit of wear. No updates apparent from my last stay before COVID. Nothing wrong but nothing new. Breakfast at $45 is very high for what is offered, but the hostess and staff were very friendly and remembered me on just my second day."

Three restaurants at the property - we visited the diner-type restaurant which was as you'd expect but more efficient. Got a room upgrade - to a huge, beautiful room with expansive view and even a balcony! Would definitely stay here again."
