We found this hotel after the initial one we booked was dreadful. I can honestly say that we are SO pleased we did and The Palace is officially ’Our NYC Hotel’! I can’t sing it’s praises highly enough. The bars are beautiful. The staff are helpful, kind and attentive. The rooms are GREAT. It’s definitely worth getting the Cathedral view as WHAT a view!!! AND it’s close to everything! We’ll be back!
