We stayed in a cabin which was well-equipped and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Neighbouring cabins and caravan in the compound followed rules regarding noise restrictions and other general park rules. Highly recommended. Will stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful! Room was brilliant, walking distance to the shops, would come back tomorrow!

The Caves Coastal Bar and Bungalows is a world-class, topnotch and perfect beachfront holiday accommodation suited for families, couples and groups. The property is located only a stone’s throw away from Hams Beach and a short relaxing coastal walk to Caves Beach where the beachside caves are beautifully carved on the cliffs by the sea. We stayed in a bungalow, and we had two units adjacent to each other for use by my daughter and her husband. We all had a comfortable and relaxing stay. We...

Clean and front reception nice and helpful. Very noisy people in the next room!!

Wonderful stay for 2 nights. Worried it would be noisy but didn’t hear a thing.

Really nice place. Everything is new. Everyone is trying hard to please. one night but will go back for a little longer. just found it a little expensive for a one night stay $400. but it was a big room with two double beds and the view in the morning over the lake was just breathtaking.

It was great and the lady was so friendly. The dogs were welcome. I can't wait to go back for a longer stay and in Summer to use the pool.

The Manager, Janice, went above & beyond to help me. I stayed 3 nights mid-week & it was beautiful, tranquil & relaxing & the lakeside room was worth the few extra pennies. For a budget motel, I cannot find fault with anything. Exceptional!

Love the property. Breakfast was lovely. Sports facilities were perfect. Good customer service. Will recommend to my friends and definitely book again on the future.

I swear the Ensuite was previosly another room, it was huge, absolutely huge

Clean and quiet at night. Loved the breakfast int he morning, looked forward to it everyday ❤️ Aircon and fridge available in the rooms. Beds are super comfortable.

Was a great location with lots of scenery and close to the water. The motel was nice, had lots of free parking. I had a clean room and a gorgeous view of the motel palm trees and water in the bay from my balcony. The staff were very friendly and the man at reception gave me extra cereals and small milk bottles. I liked how they leave a clean ash tray out on the balcony for smokers to use (with the balcony door closed of course). It shows that some places look after smokers. I’ll be back there...
