"The outside and lobby were beautiful and very modern. The room’s definitely need some updating. The bathrooms specifically are very dated, the drains were incredibly slow and the tub seemed a little dirty. The beds were very small and honestly felt very cheap. All staff were wonderful and kind. The valet attendants were also very helpful telling us cool things to do around the area and gave us great directions when we wanted to take a walk. If they made the rooms match the vibe of the lobby...

"This is a great hotel, nice building and in a decent location. The rooms are excellent, very spacious and one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in! I visited the rooftop pool. Didn’t use it, never planned on doing so and wouldn’t have done when I saw the white film of dirt floating on top of the water. The views of the city are worth a look though! There’s a rooftop bar, which was closed. As was the restaurant attached to the hotel. Everything just looked closed with signs saying it’s the off...

"We had a beautiful corner room, with ample space and a seating area. Like many large hotels, it provided a small fridge and a coffee making setup. It’s too bad, however, that it provided only plastic drinking cups and paper coffee cups. We were within easy walking distance of the the Arch and a good BBQ restaurant, and parking was conveniently located next to the hotel. The Valet gave us a good tip on how to park without incurring heavy fees - much appreciated!"
