Amazing house
"Amazing property in a safe neighborhood. Located close to everything. One of my main concerns when renting is cleanliness. This house was immaculate!! Parking was on the street, right in front of the house. Beds and pillows were above average! We will definitely stay here again if in the area."

But inside it was lovely and everything we needed. It's in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and bars and everything else Soulard has to offer. The purpose of my visit was to spend time with a friend, and the location of the property made it easy to go back and forth between the property and nearby venues, all without driving. Very nice."

Cozy Condo | Attractions & Fun Right at your Door

"My fiance and i did not feel it was the best location. The stairs to the unit was terrible. Dead bugs dirt and grime on the stairs and pieces of the wall was on the ground. Upon entering the unit we immediately noticed dirt and hair on the floor and also on the bedding. The couch and cairs both had stains on them. In the bathroom there was a pile of hair in the corner of the room. Also on the ceiling there was mold from what looked like water damadge. Overall it was a verry poor location. My fiance and i didnt even stay. We immediately left the location and unfortunately our whole 4th of july weekand was spent back home. Also the tennant of the unit didnt even apologize for the condition of the unit. Also we didn't get a refund of our money"
