Valet parking was a mess upon arrival. Their valet blocks the entire block. I sat through 3 light cycles trying to turn on the street of the hotel. Due to the line, I decided to just go around the block and park in a garage until later (as did 4 other families). Upon checking in, Bianca was just standing there like a bump on a log. I told her I was checking in. Still no greeting. She didn't even open her mouth until I asked what she needed from me. She responded with an attitude that she needed my ID. She ran down the welcome letter, handed me the key, told me to pickup my offer letter off the desk and the elevators were around the corner. Never verbally told me the room number. I asked if there was alternative parking. Bianca replied, "Valet out front." I explained the backup and she said, "Valet is what we offer." Ok noted. Someone called with the same question and she gave the same curt answer. Hospitality is NOT her strong suit. The room was clean but is weathered. The couch cushion had a gapping hole on the top, stains and the sofa sleeper mattress was incredibly thin. The white tile in the bathroom has caked on dirt which almost looks like sand. The rubber strip on the shower door is visibly rusted. At checkout, valet took another 20 mins and caused a traffic jam. The stay was fine but could be in improved starting with moving Bianca to a different position. She's a horrible 2nd impression (following the parking disaster).
