Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch

Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch

10/10 Excellent
"Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch will hands down be where I will stay every and anytime I am in St. Louis. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff is absolutely incredible. All staff interactions were professional, excellent and helpful, with a special call out for Lavern (and Shirley, IYKYK) who always greeted everyone everyday with a smile and conversation. Parking (in the parking garage), the daily breakfast and dinners are top notch amenities as well."

"Nice clean room. Pool was closed , was looking forward to it, wish they served breakfast as well. But over all a great stay at a good price."

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham

8/10 Good
"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The value is good - a better than expected hotel for the price. There were 2 issues for this last stay. I had a room with an adjacent wall to the elevator area, and the elevator is very loud and clunky when the door opens and shuts. I could hear it all day and all night long (good thing I had good earplugs). Make sure to get a room away from the elevator. Also, the cable tv system is a mess. The channels don't match what the cable guide on the TV says nor what the icon in the corner of the screen says. Also, many of the channels they're supposed to have say "no signal." Not a huge deal but definitely annoying. A simple piece of paper in the room which lists the real channels would certainly help."
