Upon arrival check in was easy. The employee was friendly and explained to us any information that we may need. We were really excited about getting to use the pool and it was closed for “maintenance reasons“. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable and large for what the reservation was made for. We got a room with no view. We utilized the sports shuttle to a Cardinals game. Their shuttle to the game was very easy and we were dropped off at the gate. The pick up process was a little bit lengthy here. We did not have enough room on the shuttle and I am my child were the only ones left at the ball park and had to wait at least 45 minutes for the shuttle to come back and pick us up. At one point I was pretty worried and thought that we would have to take a cab back to the hotel. The shuttle driver was very kind and apologize for making us have to wait for so long . Once arriving back to our room after the Cardinals game our room keys did not work. We had a hard time getting back downstairs because the elevators use a room key to work. Once getting back downstairs we were able to get our key reactivated and get back to our room. Our beds were comfortable. They had a fridge in our room. Our stay was average and we may come back.
