Architecture fantastic. Rooms need an refresh and remodel they are dated and a bit worn the entry sequence and arrival experience could be improved the art and gravel trough near elevators needs to be replaced. Staff good.

This was the first time we stayed at Eurostars Magnificent Mile and we were very impressed. Really enjoyed having a balcony. The convenience couldn't be beat. The place to stay in Chicago.
