"Had a one night stay here for a conference. Chech-in and out was easy. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. My room was spacious and had everything needed to make my stay comfy. My only complaint was that there was no fresh coffee available in the lobby. Its minor but an amenity i appreciate. It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. Whie the area has much around it, sometimes you just want to be able to stay in for a meal. Id definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area. "

"So upon my visit i checked in and was asked to sign a policy stating: that at the slightest noise after 10pm i would be put out with no refund ,no parties etc;and whatever else it read,yet upon speaking with other guest they were not required to sign this policy,seem like even in my family group which we reserved 4 rooms no one else had to signthis policy either⁰ ,and it was some wild guest 🙄 in the pool screaming and hollering yet i was asked to sign this ..there was also other guest that was already there upon my arrival ,that was standing on the property getting high ,smoking ,very intoxicated off drugs and began harrasing my daughter with negative comments ,and the lobby worker was aware of this troublesome guest as she was back and forth back at the lobby check in counter as well and bothering several guest ,yet again where did this policy come into play that i had to sign upon arrival!! This just wouldnt be my choice of stay in the future ,however the kitchen worker was absolutely awesome!!! Ive stayed at nicer hotels and late check out being one fee for a few hours ,never on years have i had someone attempt to charge me 25 dollars a hour ..it just wasnt worth it ..i was on the 3rd floor theres a birds nest right above the window off the roof and from 2am to 8am bird chirped and made noise all night until it was hard to sleep,and yes this is nature but ,its just wasnt a great experience at all"

"Clean and friendly staff. Housekeeping came everyday to ask if I needed anything cleaned or changed in my room and they were so friendly. The front desk workers were phenomenal! "

"We had a good experience with our first reservation, but it was unexpected and we needed two beds. We are couple with a 12-year-old. We left a great review and then extended for another day with two beds, but then we were very disappointed in the attitude of the staff. When we attempted to switch rooms at 11, they told us that we’d have to check out and wait four hours in the lobby or come back at 3, which it was very cold we didn’t have a car we were visiting from California and didn’t have anywhere else to go. They said they had to clean rooms, but made some excuse about it being a Pest Control day so we’d have to wait until regular checkout time. So we ended up staying in our One bed which was super inconvenient and awkward, but not only that, they didn’t wanna give us towels or extra pillows for one of us to sleep on the floor. A 12 year-old and stepfather do not want to sleep in the same bed that was just so inconsiderate of them. We explained that to them and we know they could’ve moved us when we needed it. We just thought there was a better more hospitable way of them handling things."
