"The cleanliness of the room was not what was expected for a Hilton. The room had a strange odor. Hallway looked dirty and outdated and rooms were also old and outdated. "

"We had a great experience! The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful and we got an upgraded room that made all the difference - a bigger bathroom for 3 girls! The location was ideal, right by the Arch and the view was spectacular. I also want to call out the staff that did the valet parking. They were super - helpful, friendly and managed long lines of cars with ease. Thanks for a great stay!"
