Unfortunately, the shower was either extremely cold or extremely hot, and it was impossible to get the water to a comfortable temperature. Communication during check-in could also have been better. "The room was very clean, and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The air conditioning was much appreciated! It is a good walkable area with a couple great little spots to eat nearby. The beach is wonderful in this area, however, be note that It is a hefty climb up a hill to get from the beach, and we stayed on the second floor which were two steep sets of stairs. Recommend getting a lower level if you don't like stairs."

Hot tub was not operational, and there was not toilet seat on one of the toilets. Manager said owner was shipping one from US, but never arrived. No daily housekeeping, refrigerator did not get or stay cold. And taxis we arranged for pick up to leave, never arrived. We were allotted one towel per person, and had to ask to get them changed out. For girls that use towels...
