"Great option for our family. Spacious house with stellar views. Few minor maint. items. No A/C on arrival which was remedied. Entry courtyard fountain out of order. Overall very clean. Staff upon arrival were accommodating. Love the access to other areas around Quivira. Our son golfed and loved the experience. Would utilize this location again."

"Excellent resort and amenities! Breakfast at Quivera and Golf at Quivera are excellent! The Marshall’s at Quivera were kind of jerks. We booked a tee time for six people. Then they wouldn’t let us play together but others had 5-8. Otherwise we had a great time. "

"We had 7 people all adults at the property. The room layout and comfort were first rate. There is even a separate AC unit for each “zone” (4 in all!). Property has a great view that is very relaxing looking out onto the 18th Fairway and the ocean in the distance. We could clearly see the whales from this distance which put on a daily show!
