Absolutly Perfect Vacation spot at World Class Resort. Villa La Estancia, Cabo San Lucas. Family Friedly with Great Restaurants and access to Beach. Order fresh ceviche while sunbathing on Medano Beach. Fresh Drinks served beachside as well. Can't beat the location, and the Mexican Beach Vibe at this World Class Resort. Includes every other day housekeeping. Room service available also. You won't be dissapointed in staying in our beautiful Colorado owned Condo. Loved this place!

This was a gorgeous resort and we will definitely be back! Kim was amazing and so responsive! She gave us wonderful restaurant and activity suggestions and even had a local contact who was also super helpful! Loved our trip!

Perfect location

This property was exactly as we hoped! The spacious layout worked perfectly for our family’s needs. Loved the proximity to town. We explored several of the restaurant/bar suggestions given by our host-all hits! We will be back! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful, clean, large and comfortable Villa. A quiet, respectful atmosphere in this complex. Excellent customer service from the pool to the restaurants to front desk services, they were always friendly and accommodating above & beyond. Ask Kim, the owner for Tonya’s phone number, she has a concierge service who booked airport transfers, shopped for food, made great restaurant recommendations and made a beautiful private boat reservation for us. It was perfect and she did not let us down! It was a great trip!

Perfect summer getaway

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property offers maximum convenience and relaxation from the restaurant choices, pool, poolside bar, beach access, restaurants within walking distance or short cab ride and comfort of the room and amenities.

Perfect for families

This was perfect for the two families on our trip and our kids. Each family had awesome bedrooms for privacy and a great kitchen/huge living room and deck to hang out on together. Pool was great. Service was great. Highly recommend

Absolutely amazing!

The condo was even better than we expected! It was perfect for four ladies! It is well laid out, and very clean and well maintained. The pool area was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. We are hoping to go back and stay again. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and condo.

This property is amazing! Everything you would want or need is there. The home is in immaculate shape and the complex is located in the quieter part of Medano Beach with a short walk to all the “hot spots” A swimmable beach in front of the hotel is a huge plus. Our stay was amazing and I can’t say enough good things about the unit and property!

Great unit and location!

We enjoyed our stay, and wish we had added a few more days. Everything was as described (loved the terrace!), and we were surprised with chips, fresh salsa and guacamole, and cold beer waiting for us in the unit when we arrived. The staff at the property are really kind and helpful. We will happily come back in the future!

I booked our stay with a VERY short notice and from the very first message to the very last, Kim was welcoming, very responsive and accommodating. The condo was the perfect setup for a couple traveling with a 23 and 20 year old as we all had our own separate spaces. Sharing family time, enjoying breakfast and just relaxing on the patio throughout the day was very special for us, as it’s hard to get together with 2 college kids, one in pharmacy school and very busy this summer. All of the food and beverages that we had at the resort were very good. We also tried about 5 of the restaurants that Kim suggested in the welcome message which were also good. We didn’t cook or do laundry, but having everything you could have possibly need was a plus. Overall, our vacation at Kim and Jim’s home was everything I hoped it would be and more! Of all the listing I looked at and saved, I know this was the perfect place for us!Deborah

Family Fun

I cannot say enough about the owner and this property. Everything was beyond expected from start to finish. The unit was even better than we hoped for . Everything was top shelf, well stocked and amazingly beautiful. When booking online, sometimes you don’t know what you’re fully signing up for, but this unit and our trip a memory maker for sure for our family. my husband and I traveled with my two adult kids and they loved having their own separate suite. We each had our own bathrooms and my boys could not have been happier. Definitely can’t wait to plan our next trip. The check in was effortless and the resort employees were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help you. There is a nice little grocery store and deli right across the street to grab necessities. We never went without. We felt very safe walking the streets and love enjoyed the beach. Although the waves were a bit angry at times. Please don’t hesitate , book this unit. Kim, the owner even pointed us in the right directions to restaurants and other things to see. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa with us.

Gorgeous condo with fabulous hospitality

From the moment we booked this property it was a fantastic experience from the get go! Communication with the owners and their concierge recommendations were top notch! The condo itself is huge! Large kitchen, huge bedrooms and bathrooms and the deck is amazing! The resort itself is beautiful! Gorgeous pools wonderful food and service! We celebrated my husbands 42nd birthday with close friends and family and had the most memorable time! Thank you for sharing this special home! We hope to get back soon! It was one of the best vacations we have ever had!

Amazing for our Mother-Daughter Trip!

This place was more than amazing! The Resort is well maintenance and everyone was accessible, helpful and truly caring about our comfort during our stay! The access to the beach and the amenities were a major plus! After a fun-filled day, we were looking forward to a relaxing and comforting space! Perfect resort paradise

Such a beautiful spacious unit. Good view from balcony. Great A/C. Kim was super responsive and lovely to work with. Pool was amazing. Employees at resort were really great. Food was good and not crazy expensive. Walkable distance to town. Nice to have a store in resort. Beautiful beach but strong undercurrent so we really couldn't swim right out in front. Highly recommend. We will be back!!!

Excellent Condo

Great Condo in prime location. Great communication with host including local connections for fishing. This is a large two bedroom place with full kitchen and living room. It was perfect for us because the second bedroom is partitioned and can be used as a separate condo. This allowed more privacy since the teenagers were in their own room yet still in the same condo. The property is premium and in the best location on the best beach in Cabo. Everyone in Mexico wants to sell you something, except at this property. Staff were polite, attentive, and not pushy at all. Nobody tried to sell me a timeshare, a tour, or cheap junk within the confines of the property. You could certainly go to the tours desk if you wanted to schedule an excursion, but otherwise you are granted complete privacy. We loved this stay.
