"Honestly, this was one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. Right in the heart of Cancun hotel strip, close to absolutely everything. Quick ride from airport. Check in process was painless, very fast and efficient. The room was unbelievable. We had the suite with additional master bedroom and full kitchen. No bad views in any room at this resort. Easily the nicest, most spacious and clean room we have ever stayed in. Everything working just fine. The pools were enormous, great service at the swim up bars and great service from your lounger. Whatever you want, food and drink wise - it'll be delivered to you quite quickly. Tons of loungers on the beach as well, which was also beautiful. Around pool area you do have to get down there quite early in the morning to grab some though. No minors in the gym, but gym was nice. Had everything you need. Spa looked great. Lots of activities for the kids, and entertainment at night. Entertainment ends early, which is awesome. It's a quiet resort. Food was the best I've ever had in Mexico! Not as many options but almost everything was top notch. No long waits, anywhere. Room service fast and efficient also! Tons on that menu to choose from. Resort incredibly clean and detailed. Beautiful property! Sports bar was great, all the a la carts were great. Overall this was 10 of 10. We have never gone back twice anywhere but with this resort, we will. I can't say enough good things!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Temu resort. Outdated, food is horrible, no air conditioning in the restaurants, you must stand in line every morning at 9am to book a reservation for one of their 3 restaurants that are sub par at best was at the timeshare desk. Old, sandpaper feeling bedsheets. The shower constantly fluctuates from good to scalding hot with no warning. Zero noise control. Loud hallways. Staff banging on doors with loud radios at all hours of the night. Loud street noise 24/7. Staff calls you at midnight with the wrong room number. You will get zero sleep. The pools close at dark. The beach closes at dark. They have a “snack bar” that consists of a mini buffet that is tasteless. The shows were pretty good. Most of the staff were nice. Alberto Cabrera was my favorite. The porters out front were not helpful. The front desk had attitude. Now let’s talk about the vultures out front when you first arrive that pretend to be staff that helps you find your room. They stand out front with a clipboard with every name arriving that day. Don’t be fooled! They will lie to you and tell you they want to serve you breakfast and talk about Mexican laws while you stay there. Lies! It’s a “timeshare” vacation club sales pitch. Maria, a sales vulture, would NOT leave me alone! They should have paid me to stay there! I told them at checkout I had a horrible visit. They ignored me and walked away. Location was bad. Nothing close. Just horrible! Other guests I talked to agreed with me."

I ask them to go and check with the main office. I had the right to be in the hotel because I pay for it and they tread me. So I was not happy about it."
