"We come here year after year and it's always a "Perfect 10". The food is amazing, the facility is amazing, but most of all and our favorite part is, "The Staff", they are like family. We truly have a great friendship and relationship with them all. When we visit, it's like our second home away."

More 24 hour food choices needed. Food staff was super friendly. Concierge service can improve. Activities don't match the app."

"I had a really great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, which is always one of the most important things to me, and the staff were consistently nice, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with made me feel welcomed and taken care of. I also treated myself to an 80-minute massage at the spa, and it was incredibly relaxing. The spa area itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. It was definitely one of the highlights of my time there. The only downside for me was the restaurant reservation policy. I didn’t like that you had to be a Diamond Club member, which requires paying an additional fee, just to make reservations. Because of that, I ended up only eating at the buffet and ordering room service the entire time. While the food was fine, I would have preferred more dining options without having to pay extra. It just didn’t feel worth it to me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and had a great time, but I do think the dining reservation policy could be more inclusive for all guests."
