"Fantastic view and a great house we had a great time however we were told there was a smashed window by the previous group and the window was getting fixed. No problem the window was fixed before we got there however there were small shards of glass all through the bath, bathroom and in the carpet in the hallway. We didn’t notice any of this until my 3 year old got a piece of glass stuck in her foot with a decent sized cut. Once we worked out where the glass had come from we searched to make...

"Great house...and we couldn't believe the amazing views!! We were thankful for the lift as well when carrying things to the bottom level. We did notice that our feet were black after walking around barefoot in the house even on the first night when we hadn't been anywhere. There was also a chip packet left on the floor next to the couch on the middle level. We think the floors definitely need more attention - thorough vacuum and mop. The rest was very clean :). "The house was perfect for the family us and our 3 married children and their kid- 6years and 3 x18 month old. There was plenty of room and access to the quiet shady beach was perfect. It's an easy walk to Bannisters/Crazy Dog for coffee so we all had plenty of space and things to do. Shopping at Nelson Bay (15 minutes) was excellent with Coles Woollies etc. Several frides and cooking facilities."

"We were three families that stayed three nights over Easter with children aged 3-6 and it was everything we could have asked for. The kids were outdoors the whole time and and there was no need to leave once you arrived. Such a great experience and relaxing time away."

"The house was perfectly positioned, the beach is outside the back door. Fabulous balcony for those family members who just wanted to relax, chat and look at the sea while enjoying a glass of wine or do some watercolour painting. We enjoyed the bird life of kookaburra’s, lorikeets, magpies and black swans. We saw dolphins frolicking just off shore. There are canoes and floaty rings to enjoy and the water was lovely and clear.
