"The Tunnel Mountain Resort was a great place to relax and spend the night after a long day’s hike! We really enjoyed the loft structure, with two beds on top and a bedroom on the first floor. It gave our group some separation and space, but there was also a living room for all of us to enjoy together. The check-in process with smooth, with the hotel providing us our perk for being Silver Hotels.com members! There are a lot of amenities, but we didn’t even use many because we were always outside enjoying the lakes and environment. The parking is tight in the lot, with a lot of cars filling up spaces, but it was still doable. The balcony facing the trees and mountains was a nice touch and great way to end the night!"
"Beautiful facility. We experienced a constant strong sewer gas smell on the 3rd floor hallway by our room and the elevators were not working properly causing lots of anxiety. Otherwise it was a great location and our room was wonderful. The special room coffee was a great addition and delicious. "
"My dog & I loved our stay here. Away from the noise of downtown but not too far away.
Not sure it was value for money, but late choosing this trip probably didn’t help with the high demand at this time of year."
"Very good motel. It seemed like it may have been recently refurbished. It is not self service check in but you check in at the sister hotel just across the road which was efficient and easy. Friendly staff. You can also use the facilities at the sister hotel. Bus stop right outside if you don't want the walk in town. Very pleasant and easy stay."
