"Very warm welcome checking in. Immaculate clean room with plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. Nice touch with the ground coffee (Sudden Sally) and tea selection. Climate control easy to use and comfortable."
"Room is clean, bus stop is right outside of the resort to Banff downtown, 10 minutes away, the mini kitchen is convenient to cook a quick meal, and pool was closed. "
"Phenomenal. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, location is perfect (right next to the Main Street shopping) with a great restaurant and a great coffee shop attached. This will be the only place we stay from now on when we come to Banff - finally a hotel that’s worth the price you pay! This is the first stay in Banff where our hotel hasn’t been disappointing in any way. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say about our experience here, and we’re already planning our next visit! If I could give a higher rating I absolutely would!"
"Beautiful hotel, new, stylish finishes, comfortable beds, great pool area with sauna, hot tub, clo plunge pool. Connected to Fat Ox restaurant which is also beautiful, servig delicious food :)"
